RE-ISSUE OF VERUCA SALT'S "AMERICAN THIGHS" ON 180G VINYL, NOVEMBER 4TH

On November 4th, marking the 20th anniversary of Veruca Salt’s seminal debut album American Thighs, Chicago-based indie label Minty Fresh will re-issue the album on 180 gram vinyl using the Direct Metal Mastering process and with alternate artwork supplied by the band. This is the first time the album has been made available in the vinyl format since its release in September of 1994.

Produced by Brad Wood (Liz Phair, Smashing Pumpkins, The Sea And Cake), American Thighs launched the singles “Seether” (#8 in the U.S.), “Number One Blind,” and “Victrola.” The album’s sales success earned it a Gold award by the RIAA, and "a ‘90s classic" by Rolling Stone and Spin magazine.

Veruca Salt have recently reformed with all four original members, and their 2014 Record Store Day 10” vinyl released by Minty Fresh was an instant sell out.  The group is currently touring and completing a new album.

American Thighs Tracklist:
